We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their team based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.We are looking for an experienced Lead Process Engineer to join their expanding team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.JOB OVERVIEWTo ensure, from a Senior Manager perspective, that the utility plant processes are carried out efficiently, in accordance with operational guidelines, and with environmental compliance as per applicable regulations.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related discipline10+ years’ experience in operational, maintenance, or plant/process engineering in a heavy industrial or utilities environment5 years’ process engineering experience in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs)Experience with business management systems such as SAP preferredExperience in process improvement for plant efficiencyStrategic approach to analyzing and implementing new improvementsKEY SKILLSExpertise in process engineering disciplines such as power generation, electrical distribution, desalination, and water treatment processesDetailed knowledge of plant processesUnderstanding of process engineering design principlesRisk management and QA/QC philosophy in process engineeringProficiency in EnglishKnowledge of Health & Safety SystemsUnderstanding of Policy & Procedure, Quality Management, and Environmental Management SystemsExperience with SAPTime management, business skills, negotiation, project management, and performance managementData analysis, engineering principles, project costing, and designingCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSSalary reflecting experience and interview performanceTax-freeAbout The CompanyFirst Resort Global Recruitment provides tailored recruitment solutions worldwide.
