This is your opportunity to lead planning activities, optimize resources, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality joinery products.About Your TeamYou will report to the Commercial Manager and play a pivotal role within the Commercial Department, leading planning coordination across project managers, design, procurement, and production teams to align manufacturing timelines with project requirements and ensure seamless execution.Your RoleAs a Lead Planning Engineer, you will manage and oversee the planning and scheduling of joinery factory activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining planning databases and updating task completion in ERP or scheduling toolsDeveloping detailed production schedules in coordination with project managers, design, and procurement teamsAnalyzing project specifications and converting them into factory manufacturing timelines and milestonesTracking material availability and liaising with procurement to prevent stockoutsMonitoring production progress and adjusting schedules to resolve bottlenecks or delaysCoordinating manpower allocation and machine usage to meet delivery deadlinesPreparing regular progress reports and performance dashboards for factory and senior managementEnsuring adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout planning and executionConducting time studies and recommending improvements to increase efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in production planning, preferably within joinery or manufacturing environments, with demonstrated leadership experience.Knowledge: Production planning, scheduling, ERP systems, and manufacturing workflows.Expertise: MS Project, Excel, ERP scheduling tools, and a strong understanding of factory operations.Key SkillsDegree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experienceStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilitiesExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to multitask in a fast‑paced manufacturing environmentCommitment to planning accuracy, documentation control, and quality standardsWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE’s most iconic projectsA collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellenceOpportunities for professional growth and career progression#J-18808-Ljbffr
