They assess the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering designs, products, and equipment, use advanced technical knowledge to produce deliverables, and complete any project tasks with minimal guidance and direction. The engineer may serve as the Lead Engineer or project Technical Authority, hold advanced specialization, direct highly qualified professionals on complex projects, provide technical reviews, and manage client relationships and project delivery with responsibility for cost, schedule, risk, and resource allocation.Assesses feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering designs, products, and equipment.Uses advanced technical knowledge to perform engineering assignments and produce deliverables.May serve as the Lead Engineer or project Technical Authority on projects.Directs highly qualified professionals engaged in complex engineering projects.Provides technical reviews for complex projects within the area of expertise.Manages client relationships and project team engagement, with responsibility for cost, schedule, resource allocation and risk.Designing the future. University degree in Engineering.Minimum 15 years experience in Brownfield Oil and Gas related mechanical piping design and engineering with minimum 5 years of construction and commissioning activities.Previous experience with Shell DEPs is a plus.Technically competent in own discipline, with continuous professional development.Professional level knowledge of relevant regulatory framework and legislation.Ability to supervise, manage, motivate and mentor technical professionals.Multi-discipline knowledge, knowledge of advanced principles and techniques of engineering, and quality management standards.Recognized as a technical expert with ability to develop and mentor junior staff.Ability to execute and oversee project scope, budget, and schedule.Consistently demonstrates creativity and innovation in finding solutions.Effective communic
