Job Description

Role & responsibilities:A Lead Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns, managing teams, and ensuring growth across paid channels.1. Strategic Responsibilities:Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels (search, social, display, programmatic).Align campaigns with overall business objectives, revenue goals, and brand strategy.Monitor marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV) and optimize campaigns accordingly.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.2. Execution & Optimization:Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and performance reporting.Run A/B tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis.Ensure tracking is accurate via Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM tracking, and analytics platforms.3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 310 performance marketers.Coordinate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.Report campaign results and insights to senior management and stakeholders.4. Innovation & Tools:Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, including AI-driven ad optimization.Identify opportunities for automation, scaling, and cross-channel synergy.Preferred candidate profile:1. Experience:5 to 10 years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or media buying.Proven track record in driving revenue growth via paid channels.Experience managing a small to mid-sized marketing team.2. Education & Certifications:Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Economics.Preferred: MBA or Masters in Marketing/Analytics (optional but a plus).Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, GA4, HubSpot, and programmatic advertising.3. Skills & Competencies:Deep knowledge of paid media platforms and analytics tools.Strong data analysis skills with ability to extract actionable insights.Strategic mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Familiarity with UAE or MENA market campaigns is a plus.4.
