Lead of Telecom (F-1307,F-1306, F-1288) - 3About the job Lead of Telecom (F-1307,F-1306, F-1288) - 3Job Description Highlights:Leads telecoms activities for North Field Production Sustainability (NFPS) Projects, ensuring EPC Contractor and Telecom System Integrator (TSI) deliver the project that is in compliance with the Project and Cyber Security requirements, provide secure interfaces with third party systems and ensuring that all Telecom systems are in compliance with the industrial Codes and Standards.Bachelor's degree in Engineering10 years experience working in telecoms, in large Oil & Gas Facilities having broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, onshore and offshore facilities design, construction and operations.Conversant with relevant Telecommunications national and international standards and has a broad understanding of all aspects of Telecommunications systems and a deep understanding of own speciality(ies).Proven track record of delivering a portfolio of Telecom EPC projects including complex and multiple vendor projects within international settings.Requires hands on expertise and design experience with telecoms equipment and systems design (OTN, UHF TETRA VHF radio Systems, IP Networks), security (access control, CCTV surveillance networks, fence intruder detection, ANPR), public/emergency announcement (PAGA), and networks (WANs, LANs, Industrial Wireless Networks Wiring, Routers, Switches, Servers etc), ship/shore communication systems, Hazardous area requirements (EExd, EEi, EExe).Shall be proficient in fibre optic cabling network design, copper cable networks and relevant infrastructure such as duct banks, cable / ladder tray designs.
