About the job Lead of Process Engineering (F-4311-Q)Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.Knowledge and/or ExperienceMinimum of 8 years oil and gas process engineering work experience five. Extensive knowledge of offshore projects Engineering. Indepth knowledge of Process engineering design, standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria. Project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors. Involved in executing large offshore platforms (i.e. greenfield and brownfield work).ResponsibilitiesAdvises the Head of Process and supports the various NFPS Compression EPC(s) project(s) inall Process Engineering discipline related matters. Shall be flexible and team-orientated.Supports PMT Engineering in monitoring the Contractors progress on delivery of the requireddocuments in the Process Engineering disciplines.Provides Process engineering leadership and expertise while supervising and administeringProcess team. Review and approval of EPC contractor engineering deliverables/ simulations/calculations, study reports and etc.Performs process engineering studies, calculations, simulations, develop Basis of Design,Technical notes, adequacy assessment and etc. to support the project scope.Plans and schedules the Process engineering deliverables to enable efficient project execution,ensuring technical alignment and compliance with Clientoperational policies,standards of business conduct and project management system.Maintains close liaison with appropriate members of Engineering Teams and gains alignmentwith the Engineering Manager on project engineering needs, objectives, and requirements.Leads/Participates in key design workshop and ensure that Process design recommendationsare correctly implemented and actions closed (Design Review, Lessons Learned, ValueEngineering, HAZID,HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, engineering criticality assessment, etc.).Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts with respect to the disciplines involved in delivery ofthe Process Engineering and ensures endorsement of Process Technical deviations to Companyspecifications when required.General understanding of multi discipline engineering (mechanical/piping/ instrumentation/etc) and ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.Accountable for being knowledgeable of lessons learned from previous projects with thesame contractor and capturing and communicating Process engineering and design lessonslearned for the current project#J-18808-Ljbffr
