A premium performance and recovery club, combining high-performance training, recovery suites, and community under one roof. Our front-of-house team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality member experience every day.The RoleAs a Lead Client Specialist, you ll be the on-floor leader of our front-of-house team — setting the tone for service, professionalism, and member care. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, team support, and consistency rather than office-based management. Youll work closely with coaches, facilities, and operations to ensure members feel welcomed, supported, and looked after from arrival to departure. This role offers a clear pathway into broader responsibility for the right person.Key ResponsibilitiesLead by example on the front desk and recovery floor, delivering premium service dailySupport, train, and guide Client Specialists to uphold service and brand standardsOversee daily FOH operations, including:Member check-in and supportRecovery suite scheduling and coordinationBasic sales and membership enquiriesEnsure smooth handoffs between FOH, coaching, and facilities teamsSupport launches, events, and community activationsMaintain high standards of presentation, organisation, and member communicationRequirements2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, fitness, or wellnessStrong customer service mindset with natural leadership presenceExcellent communication and organisation skillsFluent in English (Arabic a plus)Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekendsPreferredExperience in premium hospitality or boutique fitness environmentsBasic sales or CRM system experienceFirst Aid certification (or willingness to complete training)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (AED 5,500–6,000) plus performance incentivesPaid holiday and access to facilitiesProgression opportunities as the business scales, based on performance and readinessComplimentary staff membership, including access to training classes and facilities outside of scheduled working hours#J-18808-Ljbffr
