Job Description As a Lead Programmer at EPAM, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable and high-throughput end-user applications using your expertise in Java, AWS, and Microservices. Your role will involve providing technical leadership to a team of engineers, exploring and implementing design options to meet business and technical requirements, and defining software validation requirements. Additionally, you will offer technical and business guidance, act as a point of contact for technical issues, and assist in identifying and implementing solution options. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers on a project basis - Explore and implement design options to meet business and technical requirements - Define and lead overall software validation requirements and strategies - Provide technical and business guidance to teams and act as a point of contact for technical and product matters - Assist in the identification and implementation of short-term and long-term solution options - Provide work breakdown and estimates for complex software development tasks - Develop complex software components and frameworks to deliver business value efficiently - Ensure disciplined software development processes and adherence to team/company standards **Qualifications Required:** - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience - Hands-On experience in JAVA and Microservices (Springboot) - AWS Expertise - Experience in end-to-end Development projects from scratch - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of Enterprise Design Patterns - Ability to learn and apply new technology in development - Confident and resourceful in facing challenges - Strong problem-solving mindset At EPAM, you will have the opportunity to work on technical challenges with global impact, self-development through various learning opportunities, sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons, and unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions.
