This underscores our dedication to innovation and engineering excellence, bolstering our position in the dynamic GCC market.For our office in Dubai, we are looking for the following role:Lead Infrastructure EngineerThe ideal candidate will cover a technical and production management role, reporting directly to the UAE General Manager. The role leads the end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence, authority compliance, and on-time submissions. The candidate will also strengthen local production capability through team leadership, resource planning, and support to bids and client relationships.ResponsibilitiesLead technical production related to infrastructure disciplinesLead design management and delivery of infrastructure packages across concept to detailed design and tender stages.Manage multidisciplinary coordination across roads, wet utilities (potable water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, firefighting) and dry utilities (power, street lighting, telecom), plus utility buildings and associated studies (TIS, EIA, geotechnical as applicable).Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, contract scope, and applicable authority/utility provider standards and processes (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates as applicable).Drive value engineering / optimisation initiatives to improve solutions and manage cost impacts.Hire and manage engineers and draftsmen for the related disciplinesBuild, mentor and manage infrastructure engineers and CAD/BIM technicians/draftsmen; allocate resources and monitor utilisation and performance.Implement robust internal QA/QC, checking and coordination processes to deliver clash-free, high-quality submissions.Participate to bid estimate and strategySupport proposals and bids: scope definition, methodology, staffing plans, programme inputs, assumptions, risks, and technical write-ups.Provide technical advisory to support winning strategies and competitive estimates.Participate to the client relationship on the different projectAct as a key client-facing focal point, leading technical discussions and coordinating stakeholder expectations.Manage relationships with PMCs, lead consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and maintain progress.Develop the Company local production capacityEstablish / improve templates, standards, tools, workflows, and lessons learned to strengthen delivery capability.Support business development by leveraging market intelligence, authority knowledge, and strong stakeholder relationships.CompetenciesStrong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex infrastructure packages under tight deadlines.Excellent stakeholder management and authority coordination experience, including approvals and NOC processes.Strong commercial awareness: tendering support, procurement inputs, contract administration, and cost management exposure.Proven ability to drive design optimization/value engineering and improve delivery efficiency.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is essential (Arabic is a strong advantage).Team leader/player with a professional, delivery-focused attitude.RequirementsBSc in Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Infrastructure or similar).MSc or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage.Professional membership/affiliation (e.g., IEEE) is an advantage.The candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the infrastructure field (senior candidates with deeper experience may be considered based on relevance).The candidate should have experience of working for a minimum of 5 years in the engineering sector with current or recent direct expo
