Lead ICT

Role OverviewThe Lead ICT Engineer is responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering ICT, AV, and Security design packages across building projects. The role leads the project design team, ensures high-quality technical outputs, oversees BIM integration, and drives innovation within the MEPI discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ICT design activities across all project stages in compliance with company standards.Act as the client-facing focal point for ICT design matters and coordinate cross-disciplinary inputs.Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality documentation.Oversee BIM integration and promote advanced tools and methodologies.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standard design documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.Support design reviews and client presentations.Required Skills & Experience12+ years of experience in ICT/ELV/Building Services design within a consultancy environment (GCC experience preferred).Strong expertise in ICT, AV, and Security systems, sustainable design, and latest technology trends.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.Familiarity with UAE/KSA codes, authority requirements, and engineering practices.Experience in design management, resource planning, and project ownership.Ability to mentor junior staff and drive innovation within the team.Excellent command of English.QualificationsB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering.International certifications (AVIXA, BICSI, ASIS) preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
