Lead Highrise Project Manager – UAE Real Estate

<p>A real estate developer in the UAE is seeking an experienced<strong>Project Manager</strong>to oversee the delivery of<strong>high-rise residential developments</strong>.</p><p>Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing projects within approved parameters including cost, schedule, scope, functionality, and quality. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience delivering complex residential developments from concept through completion.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and project objectives.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.</li><li>Provide regular project updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and key milestones.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.</li><li>Monitor project financial performance and recommend adjustments to resources or schedules when necessary.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and stakeholder expectations.</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in construction or real estate development.</li><li>Previous experience working with a reputable main contractor or real estate developer in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, local codes, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Must be currently based in the UAE.</li><li>Results-oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence and project delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to take ownership of challenges and provide timely, solution-focused outcomes.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
