Job Description

Job Description As a Pricing Analyst at Lennox, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Build and manage pricing models including elasticity models, discounting frameworks, and SKU-level profitability analysis. - Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer segmentation analyses to support pricing recommendations. - Design executive dashboards in Power BI, with a preference for DAX knowledge, to provide real-time visibility into revenue, margin, pricing, and spend trends. - Develop high-impact presentations for the executive team covering performance trends, pricing proposals, strategic initiatives, and investment cases. - Standardize templates and storytelling frameworks for monthly business reviews, Investor Day preparation, and strategic meetings. - Analyze procurement, SG&A, and operational spend patterns to identify productivity opportunities. - Support strategic planning through scenario modeling and long-range planning. - Prior knowledge of SAP and flexibility to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to learn. Qualifications required for this role: - CA with 5-8 years of experience or MBA from a top-tier university with a minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A and Strategic Projects. - Excellent communication skills with strategic thinking and business acumen. - Advanced analytical and modeling skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel.
