Lead Field Services Engineer – Steam Turbines

<div><p><b>Based in Dubai/ KSA</b></p><p><b>AED 35000+ excellent family benefits</b></p><h3>Role Summary:</h3><p>Provide technical leadership for steam turbine outages and major maintenance, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. The role aims to enhance equipment reliability while optimising resources, controlling costs, and ensuring client satisfaction.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute outage plans, reviewing equipment history, OEM guidance, and operational requirements.</li><li>Lead and coordinate outage teams, contractors, and plant stakeholders to meet schedules and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality procedures.</li><li>Oversee inspections, commissioning, and post‑outage reporting, sharing best practices and technical expertise.</li><li>Contribute to budget planning, resource optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Experience&Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in power generation or rotating equipment maintenance; proven hands‑on outage execution in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge of steam turbines.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally and work on remote or challenging sites.</li><li>Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera; fluent in English.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
