Lead Engineer (AI, Platforms & Integration)

This position requires a strong engineering background combined with experience in AI-enabled solutions, platform integrations, and direct client engagement.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions that combine software engineering, AI capabilities, system integrations, and platform-based implementations. You will work closely with clients, product teams, and engineers to translate business requirements intoscalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.The Ideal Candidate WillLead end-to-end solution design and implementation across applications, integrations, and platformsArchitect and develop solutions using a mix of custom engineering, automation tools, and AI servicesWork directly with clients to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and drive deliveryGuide teams on best practices for design, performance, security, and maintainabilityApply AI and LLM capabilities to enhance workflows, decision-making, and user experiencesOversee integrations across SaaS applications, APIs, and enterprise systemsContribute to technical roadmaps and long-term platform strategyRequirementsBachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field6–10 years of overall software engineering or solution engineering experienceStrong fundamentals in system design, object-oriented concepts, and integration patternsHands-on experience with one or more platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Workato, or similar toolsExperience building and integrating solutions using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecturesWorking knowledge of AI concepts and large language models (LLMs)Proven ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to clients and stakeholdersStrong communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindsetNice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWSExposure to Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platformsBackground in consulting or client-facing delivery rolesExperience mentoring engineers or leading small technical teamsIf you are a well-rounded engineer who enjoys owning solutions, working with clients,and applying modern platforms and AI to real-world problems, this is the right opportunity for you.Apply for this roleSend us your profile and we’ll get back to you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
