Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ELV Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As the Lead ELV Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for various projects in the region.Lead and manage ELV engineering teams ensuring efficient project execution and deliveryDevelop and review ELV system designs including security telecommunications and building automation systemsCoordinate with clients architects and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide innovative ELV solutionsOversee the preparation of technical specifications drawings and other project documentationManage project budgets timelines and resources to ensure successful completion of ELV installationsConduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standardsStay updated on the latest ELV technologies and industry trends to implement cutting-edge solutionsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team membersCollaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with overall building infrastructureQualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in ELV engineering with a proven track record in project management and team leadershipExtensive knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including security telecommunications and building automationProficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software for creating and reviewing technical drawingsStrong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and their integration with ELV systemsExpertise in IT and networking protocols relevant to ELV systemsIn-depth knowledge of safety and security systems used in commercial and residential buildingsExperience with smart building technologies and their implementationFamiliarity with telecommunications and data systems in large-scale projectsProfessional certifications in ELV systems (e.g. BICSI RCDD) are highly desirableExcellent project management skills including budget control and resource allocationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challengesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
