Responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies or till payments to vendor. Complete P-P responsibilities.Monitoring the Day-to-day PR’s and deliveries across the Department.Responsible for all procurement Key performance indicator reporting along with continuous improvement framework for procurement operation.Core CompetencyAccountability & ownership.Excellent understanding of Pharmaceutical Business with strong negotiation skills. Must have a solution-centric mind to understand issues and solve them within a stipulated time frame, ability to understand new issues quickly and make decisions along with Cost Consciousness, has the understanding on how to align resources and manage others to achieve desired results.Ability to prioritize. Should have multi-task orientation and work effectively and efficiently.Organized professional, self-motivated to learn new systems and implement them at the workplace.Open mindset for changes in the process/System and adaptability.Good Command over written and oral communicationsQualification/Functional KnowledgeBachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science.Minimum 5 years Supply Chain Experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical industry.Procurement or Supply Chain Certification is a plus.Good User of MS Office, SAP, and other related Applications.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Good Negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and levels.Proficiency in procurement software and tools / SAP Ariba is a plus.We value people from different backgrounds.
