About the job Registered Nurse - Surgical ICUWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in a Surgical ICU setting. The ideal candidate will hold a DHA eligibility and license, and be available to join immediately. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage, as is previous experience working in the GCC.Responsibilities:Monitor and assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and progress.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.Operate and maintain medical equipment.Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide quality patient careQualifications:Bachelor's degree in nursing.3-5 years of experience in Surgical ICU.Valid DHA Eligibility and license.Arabic speaking andGCC experience is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Female applicants onlyWe offer a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance andannual leave.
