Lead Data Architect

ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Data Architects, driving excellence in data design and engineering practicesDefine and evolve the AI data architecture roadmap in line with enterprise and regulatory requirementsOversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable data platforms to support AI and analytics use casesEstablish and enforce data governance, quality, and lineage standards across all AI data assetsCollaborate with AI Engineering, MLOps, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless data flow and model readinessEvaluate and implement emerging data technologies to enhance scalability, automation, and performanceServe as a key advisor to senior leadership on data architecture strategy and innovationQualifications & Experience10+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering roles within complex technology environmentsExpertise in distributed data systems and tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Snowflake, BigQuery)Strong background in data modeling, metadata management, and governance in regulated domainsFamiliarity with ML data workflows and integration with cloud-based AI platformsProficiency in SQL, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools for data platform deploymentExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsEducational qualifications: Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required#J-18808-Ljbffr
