Job Description
Job Description As an experienced Gainsight Administrator joining the Customer Success Operations team, you will play a crucial role in configuring, administering, and optimizing the Gainsight platform to enhance processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer and maintain the Gainsight platform to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Configure workflows, rules, and dashboards to facilitate proactive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Gainsight and other systems such as Salesforce and data warehouse.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for platform optimization.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for Gainsight users across the organization.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success operations or system administration.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Gainsight administration experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and integrations (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
