<div><h3>Job Description Overview</h3><p>This position requires all round professional ability and self-motivation. You will be required to manage Semiconductor / Clean-room projects as Project Manager. You will be responsible for project performance in terms of HSE schedule design scope quality stakeholders process risk project administration and cost. You will be required to perform duties diligently to the quality standards set by the Company and conform to the Companys policies and business systems and be always committed to their implementation and continuous improvement.</p><h3>Your role</h3><ul><li>Manage Scope&Schedule ensuring alignment with project objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.</li><li>Support integration of design packages across disciplines.</li><li>Champion Safety in Design principles and implementation.</li><li>Deliver THE LINE Architecture mandate as part of the Senior Management team including stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Manage the design process creatively emphasizing aesthetic excellence.</li><li>Collaborate with THE LINE Design Group Delivery team and Project team on design delivery from concept to completion.</li><li>Deliver architectural designs for diverse typologies: residential mixed-use commercial public healthcare educational civic cultural etc.</li><li>Prepare develop and edit drawings and presentations effectively.</li><li>Supervise production from visualization through pre-concept concept developed and detailed design stages.</li><li>Lead qualitative architectural design reviews offering analysis comments and recommendations to Executive Management.</li><li>Oversee and manage Architects Designers Managers and Professionals within the department.</li><li>Draft comprehensive architectural documentation from concept through detailed design.</li><li>Ensure Design and Asset Brief compliance maintaining accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Develop and review architectural asset briefs manuals and standard design documents.</li><li>Oversee preparation of materials schedules sample boards FF&E schedules sourcing and mock-ups.</li><li>Solve design issues creatively while adhering to budget and design approach.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with consultants contractors and NEOM departments.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex high-profile projects.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance on technical design standards and philosophy.</li><li>Monitor technical compliance throughout design and construction phases.</li><li>Conduct design reviews and recommend solutions aligned with business goals and global standards.</li><li>Prepare and track relevant Capex documentation.</li><li>Build consensus among team members to ensure the best contributions.</li></ul><h3>About you</h3><h3>Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Understanding of financial and commercial project management.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of risk management scope definition and scope interfaces.</li><li>Full knowledge of international standards policies codes and procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with Statutory Authorities requirements and Sustainable Design principles.</li><li>Expertise in architectural and urban design to create holistic built environments.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent conceptual and aesthetic design skills.</li><li>Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in Revit AutoCAD Rhino Adobe Suite; Grasshopper and V‑Ray are a plus.</li><li>Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and budgets.</li><li>Proactive and self‑motivated with a flexible collaborative attitude.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>22 years of architectural design and management experience post‑undergraduate.</li><li>Proven expertise in managing international design consultants across sectors and typologies.</li><li>Experience in residential commercial public healthcare and educational designs.</li><li>Construction experience is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated success in large complex programs with a focus on quality and innovation.</li></ul><h3>Education&Certifications</h3><ul><li>Architecture from a recognized university.</li><li>Postgraduate degree in Architecture or Urban Design.</li><li>International accreditations (RIBA AIA or equivalent).</li><li>Sustainability certifications (LEED PQP or equivalent) are highly desirable.</li></ul><h3>Rewards&benefits</h3><p>Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive at every stage of your life and your career.</p><p>This includes:</p><ul><li>Comprehensive life insurance coverage.</li><li>Premium medical insurance.</li><li>Generous annual leave balance.</li><li>Flexible and hybrid work solutions.</li><li>Remote work opportunities outside of country.</li><li>Discretionary bonus program.</li><li>Relocation assistance.</li><li>Transportation&housing allowances (available
