Lead Applications Specialist - Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI), Emerging Markets

As Lead Applications Specialist, you will provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post‑sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. You will impact departmental operations and be responsible for planning and execution, focusing on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.ResponsibilitiesContribute to solution implementation with domain knowledge (e.g., Radiology, Cardiology, VNA, Analytics).Provide expert support during pre‑sales, implementation, workflow analysis, configuration, training, go‑live and throughout solution lifecycle; deliver service offerings such as process architecture and optimization, and maintain documentation.Develop in‑depth knowledge of a technical discipline and apply prior experience and expertise to execute policy/strategy.Understand key business drivers and integrate own work with other teams to drive the area.Apply judgment to propose solutions beyond set parameters; utilize internal resources and training to solve problems.Consult senior team members for issues outside defined instructions.Lead junior team members when required; build strong customer relationships and serve as interface between customer and GE HealthCare; explain technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent.Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in healthcare technology, workflows, customer support & delivery within a healthcare IT organization and relevant systems.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word), basic database understanding, SQL queries, DICOM, and HL7.Strong oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of strategic and operational drivers of the business.Strong knowledge of GE HealthCare SEI product and Hospital IT workflows.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to perform in high‑pressure environments (multi‑tasking, handling multiple projects & customer support, flexible availability).Demonstrated problem‑solving and creative skills.Flexibility to travel frequently (60%+ of time) based on project needs.Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing & dialogue).GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
