Candidates will work out of our offices in New Jersey; Beerse Antwerp Belgium; Wokingham Berkshire United Kingdom UAE Ireland or Zug Switzerland. Remote work options may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and if approved by the Company.This position is a transformational role that will support the development of enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities as part of the SigniFi program. SigniFi is a multi‑year global finance transformation program bringing the latest technology and best‑in‑class financial processes to J&J.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy enhanced analytical and financial reporting capabilities for the enterprise leveraging the SigniFi systems architecture.Work with key stakeholders in various finance teams across the enterprise to support reporting capabilities at local, regional and global level by providing analytics governance and training.Partner with Data Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.Partner with Change Management Communications and Training teams.QualificationsA minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting / finance is required. Advanced degrees / certifications such as a CPA, CMA, PMP or MBA / Masters are preferred.Minimum 4 years of finance or accounting required.Hands‑on experience developing reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools; oversee data integration and modeling to create trusted financial data models and a single source of truth is required.Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands‑on approach and a continuous improvement mindset is required.Pro‑active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information is required.Ability to balance big picture with attention to detail is required.Diverse experience obtained in Finance roles in multiple business units is preferred.Experience designing, implementing and managing FP&A processes / tools in a global organization is preferred.Knowledge of financial planning, reporting analytics review processes, SOX controls and USGAAP is preferred.This position can be located in New Jersey; Beerse Antwerp Belgium; Wokingham Berkshire United Kingdom UAE Ireland or Zug Switzerland.
