Job Description Role Overview: You will be working as a Lead Analyst / Manager in Credit Risk Quality Assurance at FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India). Your role will involve leading a team of credit professionals to measure and report on the accuracy of Critical Data Elements, PD, and exceptions. You will focus on underwriting/approval quality to identify process improvements and assist with training opportunities. Your responsibilities will include BAU QA/QC deliverables, demonstrating risk and controls, QA/QC process documentation, and driving the team towards sustainable quality. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee credit quality assurance/control strategy and execution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of Critical Data Elements and improve quality of reviews - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of Quality Team - Act as the escalation point for Quality team deliverables ensuring timely investigation and resolution - Engage in talent planning and development to support future talent needs of the team - Minimize unwanted attrition via professional integration, return focus to people development and career planning, hire all allocated positions within 90 days of allocation Qualifications Required: - Post Graduation in Management or Commerce / MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / ACCA - Up to 6-9 years of banking experience in credit risk management / Audit Function - Exposure to US accounting, GAAP, and IFRS - Strong financial skills and understanding of various classes of debt - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment & initiative - Flexible with shift timings (2 pm - 11 pm) Additional Details: FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India) is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible hiring process.
