We are seeking a highly talented Lead 3D Visualizer / CG Artist to join our clients team and take a pivotal role in delivering world‑class architectural imagery for landmark projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior visualisation professional to shape the creative direction of high‑profile developments while leading and inspiring their in‑house visualisation team.ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of visualizers, ensuring the production of consistently outstanding imagery that reflects the design intent and elevates project presentations.High‑End Visualization – Develop compelling exterior renderings, animations, and visual narratives for commercial, hospitality, and mixed‑use projects at an international scale.Collaboration – Work directly with the Design Principal (and wider design team) to translate conceptual designs into powerful, photorealistic visuals that communicate vision, atmosphere, and storytelling.Quality & Innovation – Set standards in lighting, composition, mood, and aesthetics, ensuring each image meets the highest international benchmarks.Technical Direction – Oversee workflow, pipelines, and software use within the team; introduce innovations in real‑time rendering and immersive technologies to keep the studio at the forefront of visual communication.RequirementsMinimum 8 years in architectural visualisation, with a proven portfolio of large‑scale exterior renderings.Complete command of 3DS Max, Rhino, Corona, V‑Ray, Photoshop, After Effects, D5.
