EOE/AA/Disabled/VeteransA L&D Executive will support Human Resource related activities including learning and development and training performance management and employee relations initiatives.What will I be doingAs a L&D Executive you are responsible for all Team Member related activities. These activities include recruitment learning and development and training performance management employee relations health and safety and other teambased activities. Specifically The L&D Executive implements Human Resources policies and systems framework as directed by his / her superior maintaining good team member relations:Manage all Human Resource administration and onboarding activitiesSupport Human Resources activities including onboarding work experience program careers fairs training materials and Team Member opinion surveysServe as the point of contact for Team Member issues advising the Human Resources Manager as appropriateKeep current with employment law human resources policies and training requirementsAssist in determining training requirements and support training initiativesAssist in the organization of Team Member social eventsProvide quality training to internal customersAssist in coordinating and administering Vocational QualificationAdhere to inhouse training planIdentify training and development needs systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Line Managers/Head of Department and HR ManagerAssist Line Manager/Head of Department in achieving training objectives and review on a monthly basisPrepare organise administer and conduct inhouse training courses ie. Recruitment and Selection Discipline and GrievanceEnsure new employees have received departmental and legal trainingHold monthly Departmental meetings with trainers to ensure training needs are being coveredWhat are we looking forA L&D Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
