Lawyer- Real Estate

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate transactions, property development, leasing, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong legal expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to provide sound legal advice to support business operations.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and development contracts.Provide legal advice on property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing matters.Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and government requirements.Conduct legal due diligence on real estate transactions and property developments.Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.Assist in resolving disputes related to real estate matters.Support internal teams on legal aspects of property development and management.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Master’s degree or relevant specialization is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property regulations, and contractual frameworks.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.#J-18808-Ljbffr
