Overview Job Summary: A competent Lawyer / Legal Consultant to provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial, civil, labor, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will ensure legal compliance and support contract review, dispute resolution, and policy drafting. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and labor mattersDraft and review contracts, agreements, and MoUsMonitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local lawsRepresent the company in legal disputes and negotiations Requirements Bachelors degree in Law; Master's or Bar certification is an advantageMinimum 5-7 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in the private sector)Strong understanding of Qatari and regional legal frameworksExcellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills
