We’re Hiring: Launch Manager (Retail & Café Lead) — Surfbase DubaiLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full-time (On-site)Start: In 1 monthSurfbase is a new lifestyle concept born from surf culture — a mix of sport, welness, food, retail, and community.Before our full Surf Club opens, we’re launching our Welcome Zone — a 350 sqm space blending a surf shop, café, creative lounge, and event hub.We’re looking for a hands‑on Launch Manager — someone who can bring this place to life.Not just manage it, but shape the vibe, build the team, and make people fall in love with Surfbase.ResponsibilitiesLaunch and operate the Surfbase Welcome Zone (coffee, retail, lifestyle space).Build and lead a small team (baristas, retail staff).Set up daily operations, P&L, and inventory systems.Collaborate with our partner kitchen next door to create a simple, vibrant menu.Drive community: organize small events, collaborations, drops, surf nights.Make sure every guest leaves saying, “That’s the place I want to come back to.”QualificationsYou’ve launched or managed cafés, beach clubs, ifestyle stores, or hybrid F&B concepts before.You have experience in E-com business (food and marketplaces) more than 2 years.You understand both operations and vibe — you care about the experience, not just numbers.You’re creative, proactive, and love building something from zero.You know how to keep margins healthy (COGS, team, revenue targets).You love surf, design, coffee, and community culture.What we offerSalary: Depending on experienceBonus: performance-based % of profit after 3 monthsCreative freedom + the chance to shape one of Dubai’s most unique lifestyle brands#J-18808-Ljbffr
