<div><ul><li>Improve operational cost through high fleet utilization and reduced waste.</li><li>Conduct testing to optimize shift structures, scheduling models, and operational strategies.</li></ul><h3>Fleet Capacity Planning:</h3><ul><li>Evaluate fleet capacity against order volumes and provide recommendations to scale or reallocate resources effectively.</li><li>Identify capacity gaps and support planning initiatives to ensure delivery reliability.</li></ul><h3>Simulation and Forecasting:</h3><ul><li>Build simulation models in coordination with HS Logistics and Global Teams to predict the impact of potential changes in the Last Mile operations.</li><li>Translate simulations into actionable strategies for real-world implementation.</li></ul><h3>Delivery Optimization:</h3><ul><li>Analyze delivery patterns, rider behavior, and route performance to identify inefficiencies.</li><li>Design optimized delivery zones and dispatch logic to reduce delivery time and improve rider performance</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</h3><ul><li>Work closely with regional teams, operations, and the Control Tower to align optimization initiatives with field realities.</li><li>Support cross-functional initiatives that improve operational KPIs.</li></ul><h3>Data Analysis&Reporting:</h3><ul><li>Utilize data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to generate actionable reports and dashboards.</li><li>Present insights clearly and support strategic decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.</li></ul><h3>Quality&Compliance Support:</h3><ul><li>Ensure optimization initiatives meet internal quality and compliance standards.</li><li>Support resilience planning through contingency simulations and scenario testing.</li><li>Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.</li><li>Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.</li><li>Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote HS’s Values</li></ul><h3>Knowledge and Experience:</h3><ul><li>2–4 years of experience working with TMS or logistics tech platform.</li><li>Strong understanding of last mile delivery workflows</li><li>Experience in tech support, user training, or digital transformation preferred</li><li>Skilled in Excel, dashboarding tools, and system admin functions</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills</li></ul><h3>Education and Certifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
