Lap Technician

The position is responsible to oversee Quality Control sampling and Analysis with use of modern quality lab equipment like XRF etc. for Slag (GGBS) /Cement grinding in Loesche VRM cement plant.Also to take immediate corrective actions after Sampies analysis and results to be shared with CCR/ Production team.Evaluate chemical properties of Raw materials like Clinker / GGBS/Gypsum etc. used in LOESCHE VRM Grinding processTake all the appropriate actions to ensure that the analysis results and any deviation from set specifications are reported in time to concerned persons for preventive / corrective measuresCarry out periodic audit of the sampling and testing procedures so as to ensure their conformity / reliability as per the set standard.Carry out and maintain records of all the chemical and microscopic evaluations determinations as described in the plant quality control plan and in accordance with local regulatory standardsCollection review and periodic analysis / scrutiny of quality data / analytical results maintain lab data base and prepare lab reports as per defined format and frequencies.Implement and follow up quality manual / ISO 9000 planMaintain proper upkeep of all the laboratory instruments and ensuring their desired analytical performanceTake all the appropriate actions and precautions in the sampling sample preparation & analysis to ensure that the results are within permissible accuracy limits.Set up of laboratory for Loesche VRM for green field cement plantFollow proper safety rule and abide by safety policies.Required Experience:IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
