Landscaping Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Pre-Contract Estimator to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for landscape projects. This role plays a vital part in helping the company secure new projects and maintain profitability.Key Responsibilities:Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscaping, irrigation, soil works, planting, and other landscape elements.Quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather relevant information.Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure accurate and feasible estimates.Submit and manage tender documentation within required deadlines.Provide tender clarifications as required.Maintain an up-to-date database of rates and suppliers.SkillsExperience in estimating within the UAE on landscaping projects.Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).Strong understanding of landscaping materials, methods, and construction processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and organizational abilities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Job Type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
