Landscape Inspector- Hardscape

OverviewWe are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Landscape Inspector specializing in Hardscape to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of hardscape installations in various landscape projects throughout the project.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of hardscape elements including pavers retaining walls and outdoor structuresVerify that hardscape installations comply with project specifications local building codes and industry standardsAssess the quality of materials used and workmanship in hardscape constructionIdentify and document any deficiencies or nonconformities in hardscape installationsCollaborate with contractors landscape architects and project managers to resolve issues and ensure project successPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspectionsMonitor project timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient completion of inspectionsStay updated on the latest hardscape materials techniques and local regulationsProvide recommendations for improvements in hardscape design and installation processesEnsure that hardscape installations are suitable for Dubais climate conditionsQualificationsBachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Civil Engineering or a related experience.Minimum of 35 years of experience in hardscape construction or inspectionMinimum 10 years experience all togetherIndepth knowledge of hardscape materials installation techniques and industry standardsProficiency in reading and interpreting landscape plans and blueprintsStrong understanding of local building codes and regulations in DubaiExcellent problemsolving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with the impact of local climate conditions on hardscape materials and constructionAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is the worlds trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle from advisory planning design and engineering to program and construction management.
