This role is available immediately!</p><p>The Landscape Engineer will be responsible for developing design plans for outdoor spaces, drawing up plans using CAD software, site surveyance, client liaison, writing reports and working collaboratively with Architects, Engineers and Planners.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Creating rough drawings and more sophisticated plans with computer-aided design (CAD) programs.</li><li>Analyzing complex environmental reports and using the knowledge gained in designs/plans.</li><li>Providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.</li><li>Drawing up reports and contracts.</li><li>Writing proposals and presenting them to clients.</li><li>Liaising with fellow architects, project managers, engineers and surveyors.</li><li>Speaking to locals and community members to gain insight.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications Experience&Skills needed</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture</li><li>Minimum of 5 years landscape experience</li><li>Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written</li><li>Relevant license</li><li>Practical experience with CAD software</li><li>Strong leadership&conflict management skills</li></ul><p>We look forward to receiving your application!</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
