As an employee‑owned business, we invest in creating a space for everyone to feel safe, valued, and empowered with the right tools and support.About the RoleMott MacDonald is currently looking for a Landscape Architect in Dubai to grow their Landscape Architecture Team and support the delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities and DutiesSupport to create strong conceptual and technical landscape design throughout the full scope.Translate concepts into detailed designs, supporting senior staff in creating functional and visually compelling spaces.Develop plan layouts, sections, and elevations graphically and technically in hand sketches & computer environment with an eye for precision and clarity.Work and coordinate with a multi‑disciplinary team, taking on tasks independently.Assist in developing grading plans that ensure functional, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes.Candidate SpecificationA degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.Good knowledge of plant species, horticulture, and sustainable design practices.Fluent in written and verbal communication.UAE / Middle East project experience.Required skills in proficient level:Client facingAutoCADAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)SketchUpLumionPreferable skills:Ability to do clean and presentable hand sketchesCivil 3D (for grading modelling)RevitFlexible WorkingAt Mott MacDonald, we support our staff to create work‑life balance that works for them and welcome candidates looking for career flexibility.
