The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in landscape design, project management,and team leadership while integrating sustainable and innovativesolutions. This role requires excellent collaboration skills to work with clients,designers, architects, and engineers to create landscapes that arefunctional, aesthetic, and environmentally responsible.Key Responsibilities:Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts that align with project objectives and client requirements.Prepare and review detailed design drawings , including site analysis, planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation concepts, and construction details.Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other disciplines to ensure cohesive and integrated project solutions.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops , clearly communicating design ideas and progress updates.Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that works align with design intent, quality standards, and project specifications.Ensure all design documentation meets quality, accuracy, and technical standards , including material selection and construction methods.Support project managers in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and design milestones .Incorporate sustainable landscape principles , water-efficient strategies, and best environmental practices into all design work.Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements , environmental regulations, and industry codes.Required Qualifications &Skills:Bachelor’s degree inLandscape Architecture from an accredited institution.Minimum 5 years of experience inlandscape architecture and project management, preferably within the UAEProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, AdobeCreative Suite, and relevant design software .Strong knowledge of landscapeconstruction techniques, materials, and sustainable design .Excellent communication,presentation, and client management skills.Ability to problem-solve, makedecisions, and work independently while leading a collaborativeteam.Knowledge of UAE Authority Guidelines isrequired.Why Join Us?AtKN International, we are committed to designing sustainable andinnovative landscapes .
