Landscape/Architect Inspector

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a qualified Landscape/Architect Inspector to ensure that landscaping and architectural works are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications and regulations. As a key member of the project team, you will conduct inspections, monitor progress, and provide guidance to contractors to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect landscape and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and industry standardsMonitor contractor performance, quality of materials, and work processes on-siteIdentify non-conformities and provide recommendations for corrective actionsReview project documentation and assist in ensuring that all submittals are in compliance with project requirementsMaintain detailed records of inspections, progress reports, and documentation of site activitiesCollaborate with the project team to resolve design and construction issuesParticipate in meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concernsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in landscape and architectural inspection or related rolesStrong understanding of landscape design, plants, and relevant regulatory requirementsExcellent observational and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentMust be a Saudi National#J-18808-Ljbffr
