Landscape Architect

<div><p>We're working with a leading landscape design consultancy in Dubai, who are looking for a talented Landscape Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven designer to contribute to high-profile projects across hospitality, public realm, mixed-use, and retail sectors.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical expertise across all project stages, and a collaborative mindset. A solid working knowledge of Revit is essential, along with experience producing detailed design packages, not just conceptual work. Prior involvement in top-tier projects with leading architects and developers is highly desirable.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Contribute to the full life cycle of landscape design projects, from concept through to detailed design and post-contract stages.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, context-sensitive landscape solutions.</li><li>Prepare high-quality design documentation and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.</li><li>Work on a variety of project types including hospitality, public spaces, mixed-use developments, and retail environments.</li><li>Communicate design ideas effectively to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Experience working with a top-tier landscape design or architecture firm.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across a range of project types.</li><li>Must have Gulf experience, preferably in Dubai.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Highly organized, creative, and collaborative.</li><li>Experience across both design and post-contract phases.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive monthly salary: AED 11,000 – 15,000</li><li>Medical allowance</li><li>22 days of paid annual leave, plus public holidays</li><li>Opportunity to work on landmark regional projects</li><li>Supportive and friendly team culture</li><li>Potential for career growth, including opportunities in global offices</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
