OverviewLand surveyor in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAEWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced land surveyor to join our team in Ras-al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures in order to provide accurate information for the construction of roads, boundaries, pipelines, etc. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of surveying instruments and techniques as well as a solid understanding of the relevant legislation. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesConduct surveys using specialized instruments such as theodolites, levels, and GPS systems.Analyze data collected from surveys to create maps and provide documents detailing the properties surveyed.Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and answer any questions they may have.Follow safety guidelines when conducting fieldwork.Prepare detailed reports for clients based on survey findings.Assist in developing plans for future projects.Maintain records related to survey activities.QualificationsKnowledge of surveying instruments and techniques.Solid understanding of relevant legislation.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Compensation & How to ApplyThis position offers a salary of 1500 AED per month.
