The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports. He/she will also be responsible for collaborating with clients and other professionals throughout the survey process. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, a strong knowledge of surveying techniques, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare survey plans and documents according to applicable regulations and standardsDetermine precise measurements of points, lines, angles, contours, areas, and volumes using specialized instrumentsInterpret aerial photograph maps and use GPS technologyAnalyze survey data to determine property boundariesCollaborate with clients to discuss project plans and requirementsKeep accurate records of survey results for future referencePrepare draft reports containing survey results and recommendationsEnsure all surveys are conducted in accordance with safety regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Surveying or related field requiredMinimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor preferredExcellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipmentProficient in using AutoCAD software for drafting purposesAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong analytical skills with attention to detailWe are ready to consider foreign applicants for this position.
