OverviewLand surveyor vacancy in Zayed City UAEJob Posting: Land SurveyorWe are seeking a qualified and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Zayed City. The right candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries of properties, prepare legal documents, maps and plans, and advise clients on survey-related matters.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze survey data from field notes, aerial photographs, satellite images and other sourcesCalculate angles, distances and elevations using theodolites, transits or electronic distance-measuring devicesPerform boundary surveys to identify property lines for property owners or public agenciesPrepare legal documents such as deeds, easements and plat mapsAssist in the preparation of reports on fieldwork resultsLocate necessary field evidence such as property monuments or boundary markersAdvise clients on various survey-related matters such as land use regulations or procedures for establishing boundariesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in surveying technology or related fieldAt least two years of relevant work experience preferred (but not required)Knowledge of surveying principles and related laws/regulations is essentialAbility to read, analyze and interpret technical documentsExcellent communication skills (oral and written) are necessaryWe offer a competitive salary of 1100.
