Land surveyor vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAEOverview: We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to measure and map land areas as well as analyze data collected in order to prepare detailed reports.Salary: 1700 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.ResponsibilitiesConduct surveys of land areas using advanced surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, theodolites, levels, etc.Create maps of surveyed areas accurately and efficiently.Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports on the findings.Monitor existing land parcels for any changes or damages.Prepare legal documents related to surveys such as boundary agreements, deeds of easement, etc.Adhere to safety rules while carrying out surveys in hazardous terrain or extreme weather conditions.Assist with other related tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred but not requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in a land surveying roleExcellent knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, theodolites, levels etcStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
