OverviewLand surveyor vacancy in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. We are looking for a land surveyor experienced and highly motivated to join our team. The successful candidate will perform detailed land surveying activities such as preparing legal documents, mapping boundaries, and creating plans for construction projects.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing survey data to create accurate maps and plansPreparing legal documents such as deeds and boundary agreementsAssisting in the preparation of bid packages and design documentsPerforming site visits to collect data and take measurementsMaintaining accurate records of all survey work performedEnsuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standardsConducting research to identify property ownerships when neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related fieldAt least two years of experience in a similar roleExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with AutoCAD or other software used in land surveyingSalary: 1800 AED per month.
