The role involves conducting accurate land surveys providing topographical data and supporting project teams in planning design and execution phases. The Land Surveyor will work closely with engineers project managers and site teams to ensure precise measurements quality control and compliance with U.A.E standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct land and topographical surveys for roads and infrastructure projectsOperate survey instruments and equipment including total stations GPS and leveling toolsCollect analyze and present survey data accurately for design and execution teamsPrepare survey reports maps and drawings for project useVerify site boundaries elevations and alignments according to project specificationsCoordinate with engineers site teams and contractors for survey requirementsEnsure compliance with safety standards and survey best practicesQualifications & RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Geomatics or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the U.A.EProficiency in survey instruments GPS and AutoCAD/ Civil 3D for mappingStrong knowledge of land measurement leveling and topographical survey methodsExcellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills Key Skills Data Analytics,GIS,Microstation,Quality Assurance,Interviewing,Records Management,Land Surveying,Precision Measuring Instruments,Project Management,Autocad,Carlson,negotiation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
