Land Surveyor

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:Conduct land surveys and measurements to establish accurate reference points and benchmarks.Perform topographic boundary and construction layout surveys.Prepare and maintain accurate survey data field notes and records.Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted onsite.Coordinate with project engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of survey data.Interpret and utilize survey data to support construction activities and project requirements.Prepare asbuilt surveys and reports to document completed works.Ensure compliance with project specifications local regulations and safety standards.Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations GPS and levels.Assist in resolving survey discrepancies and technical issues onsite.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Land Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying within largescale infrastructure or construction projects preferably in the UAE.Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (e.g. AutoCAD Total Station GPS and GIS).Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.Good communication and teamwork abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
