Land Surveyor

OverviewConduct field surveys and measurements to establish property boundaries.Use surveying instruments such as GPS total stations and levels to gather data.Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports maps and legal descriptions.Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors to provide accurate site data.Ensure compliance with local regulations and land use laws.Maintain survey equipment and ensure accuracy in measurements.Verify calculations and resolve discrepancies in survey data.Assist in preparing cost estimates and project documentation.QualificationsBachelors degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or engineering projects.Proficiency in using GPS total stations and CAD software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret maps, blueprints and legal property descriptions.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with local land laws and zoning regulations.Employment DetailsRemote Work: NoEmployment Type: Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
