Trains Medical Technologists in the performance of new techniques.</li><li>Develops teaching materials and periodically update these for teaching of Fellows, Residents, and Medical Technologists.</li><li>Provides guidance and training in performing and troubleshooting more complex procedures.</li><li>Ensures and implement proper quality control and procedures for each newly introduced test.</li><li>Reviews literature periodically and gives necessary assistance for Consultant Pathologists, Fellows, and Senior Residents when help is needed during publications.</li><li>Performs technical duties as assigned including weekends, night shifts, and on call coverage.</li><li>Review and modify section policies, procedures and protocols. Establish a continues quality improvement program in accordance with CBAHI, JCI, CAP, SFDA and other international accreditation agencies standards.</li><li>Participates in and contributes to quality improvement activities.</li><li>Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
