Lab Operations&Quality Lead (ISO/HACCP)

<p><strong>Salary:</strong>up to 30K inclusive depending on experience and qualifications</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong>Abu Dhabi, UAE</p><p><strong>About the Client:</strong></p><p>A leading UAE conglomerate, specializing in catering, facilities management, engineering, and food distribution, committed to exceptional service and client satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate all laboratory operations (chemical, microbiological, and environmental sections) to ensure efficient performance, compliance with company quality policies, and timely delivery of accurate and reliable reports.</li><li>Lead laboratory management functions including budgeting, invoice and inventory reporting, purchase approvals, resource planning (manpower and technical requirements), and business performance analysis to support commercial objectives</li><li>Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards by monitoring corrective actions (NCRs), supervising internal audits, verifying reports and SOPs, and supporting the QA Manager in maintaining and expanding the laboratory scope.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through customer satisfaction monitoring, complaint resolution, management review meetings, goal setting, and coordination with business development to promote laboratory services and enhance overall performance</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have FSMS/HACCP and ISO certifications</li><li>Must have experience in coordinating with Sales/BD to market the product and promotion</li><li>Proven experience as Laboratory Manager within the same industry or related field such as Testing, Chemicals, Environmental, Microbial</li></ul><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p>Send your CV in word format to:<strong>CHEMJOBS2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM</strong>and use “<strong>Laboratory Manager</strong>” as email subject</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
