<div><h3>Designation</h3><p>Integration Applications Support Engineer - L2</p><h3>Years of Experience</h3><p>2 years of experience</p><h3>Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent</p><h3>Role Summary</h3><p>Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and support of enterprise integration systems and APIs, playing a key role in ensuring stable, secure, and efficient integration between platforms, systems, and partners. This is a hands‑on technical role involving production support, deployment coordination, system validation, certificate management, and reconciliation operations.</p><p>The role also oversees real‑time and scheduled alerts sent to users and systems across channels, ensuring timely and accurate communication of system events and operational statuses.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist in deployment activities across integration layers including DataPower (DP), IBM ACE/ESB, TYK and IBM APIC API Gateway.</li><li>Participate in incident investigations and support resolution for integration‑related production issues.</li><li>Contribute to Production Implementation Verification (PIV) by validating deployed features and confirming stability post‑go‑live.</li><li>Raise, track, and follow up on Jira tickets for deployments, incidents, and technical service tasks.</li><li>Generate and share standard or ad hoc database reports to support business and operations teams.</li><li>Execute predefined scripts to correct or adjust customer data in response to production incidents.</li><li>Assist with managing third‑party certificates, including renewals and deployment under supervision.</li><li>Ensure alignment of production and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments by supporting releases, hotfixes, and DR lifecycle activities (failover and failback).</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li><b>Integration Skills</b><ul><li>IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE / IIB): Basic understanding of message flow development, deployment, and issue troubleshooting.</li><li>IBM DataPower Gateway: Familiarity with configuring service proxies, handling certificates, and deploying changes.</li><li>IBM MQ / Queue Managers: Experience working with messaging systems, including using tools like RfhUtil for testing and debugging queues.</li><li>TYK and IBM APIC API Gateway: Understanding of API exposure, policy enforcement, authentication methods, and analytics via the TYK and IBM APIC platform.</li></ul></li><li>Postman: Proficient in testing and validating REST and SOAP APIs.</li><li>Apache Kafka: Basic knowledge of publishing and consuming messages to/from Kafka topics.</li><li>Message Formats: Solid understanding of XML and JSON message structures, including validation and transformation techniques.</li><li>Oracle SQL: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and investigation.</li><li>Real‑Time Scheduled Alerts: Experience supporting or configuring alert mechanisms to notify users and systems across channels.</li><li>Scripting and Automation: Basic scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Python, or SQL) for automation and data corrections.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Data Power</li><li>IBM ACE/ESB</li><li>IBM APIC Gateway</li><li>L2 application support</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
