The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting virtualization infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of data center systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and administer VMware infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)Perform VM provisioning, configuration, cloning, and decommissioningMonitor system performance, availability, and capacity planningHandle patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of VMware environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents related to compute, storage, and virtualizationManage and support backup and disaster recovery solutionsPerform host and cluster management, including HA and DRS configurationsWork with storage and network teams for issue resolutionMaintain documentation, SOPs, and operational reportsRequired SkillsStrong hands‑on experience with:VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenterVirtual machine lifecycle managementGood understanding of:Data center infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)SAN/NAS storage conceptsExperience with backup tools (e.g., Veeam or similar)Knowledge of high availability (HA), DRS, and clusteringStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsPreferred CertificationsVMware Certified Professional (VCP)VMware Certified Advanced Professional (optional)#J-18808-Ljbffr
