Job Description As a QA Analyst at Barclays, you will embark on a transformative journey, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. Your responsibilities will include determining, negotiating, and agreeing on internal quality procedures, service standards, and specifications to enhance performance and quality objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in CDD, Corporate Banking End to End KYC Review. - Specialized knowledge on various entity types like Trusts, Charity, Funds, Limited Partnerships, Private Limited Companies, and Associations. - Good communication skills and excellent command of the English language. - Certification in any AML/KYC like CAMS is preferred. - Analyze Client data and documentation in KYC Files to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. - Proactively learn Barclays ERMF and policies, and Financial Crime Key Risk Framework. - Support in embedding relevant policies and regulatory requirements. - Use expert KYC knowledge to analyze KYC information for corporate clients from different industry sectors and unique projects. - Resolve complex cases using problem-solving and team working skills to meet Policy and regulatory requirements. - Build relationships with KYC Operations and Financial Crime for collaboration on shared objectives. - Support KYC Leadership in delivering outstanding performance across the team. - Autonomously review a KYC File, identify gaps, and document the review undertaken. - Identify potential KYC gaps and recommend remedial solutions. - Provide dedicated and specialist KYC expertise throughout the KYC Process. Qualifications Required: - In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise. - Lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating resources. - Escalate breaches of policies/procedure appropriately. - Embed new policies/procedures for risk mitigation. - Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls related to the work you contribute to. - Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside the immediate function.
